Steps To Becoming An Academy Franchisee

Interested parties should complete and submit the "Confidential Application".

The Licensor will review the completed questionnaire, and provided there is a mutual interest, arrangements will be made for an interview.

At the interview the business opportunity will be reviewed. The applicant, if interested, will sign for and receive the Confidential Disclosure document, the License Agreement, and the corporate information package. It is recommended that a franchise lawyer be retained to review these documents.

The applicant then has thirty days to review the documents and assess the business opportunity. After the required review period, the License Agreement will be completed and signed by both parties, at this time the License Fee is payable in full. No commitment regarding territory will be made until the License Agreement has been signed. Should the applicant decide not to proceed the complete package of documents must be returned, within the thirty days, either in person or by a courier that provides proof of delivery.

Upon approval by the Licensor of the appropriate premises for the Learning Centre, an agreed launch date will be set.

Full training on all aspects relating to the operation and management of a Learning Centre will be scheduled and completed at our Head Office in Thornhill, Ontario.

Assistance will be provided for the setup and launch of the proposed Learning Centre.

Ongoing advice and support to the Licensee will be provided.
